​As a UX & Web Designer at E11VN Media, I contribute to the design and development of user-centered websites and digital products. I lead efforts in user research, wireframing, and prototyping, and collaborate with cross functional teams to bring digital concepts to life. I also help maintain and update the agency’s website, ensuring it reflects current projects, events, and brand messaging. In addition, I support Salesforce Admin projects by optimizing workflows and managing internal data systems.

Below are select projects I’ve contributed to, ranging from mobile app designs to full website redesigns. Most were collaborative efforts with teams of 3–5 members, while the first is an independent project. Each showcases my role in both UX research and UI design.

The Problem:
Aspiring photographers and videographers struggle to get exposure and grow their client base. Many face gaps in bookings due to seasonal demand and limited opportunities. They often work for free just to build their portfolios.​
The Solution:
This app connects photographers and videographers with on-demand, paid gigs, no need to offer free services. It also helps clients find affordable, local creatives without paying high hourly rates. Users can turn their availability on and be booked within minutes, based on their location. The app also features a creative community where artists can share work, exchange ideas, and find support and collaboration.
Problem Statement:
FVAP’s current onboarding process is complicated and inefficient. It creates delays for both clients and staff. They need a streamlined system that allows survivors to access and organize helpful legal resources quickly and easily.

Project Description:
FVAP wants to add an onboarding feature to their website. Currently, clients access legal resources through a “Resources” page. To do this, they must request a password from the web admin. This process is time-consuming for both clients and staff.
By adding individual user accounts, clients could log in and access materials anytime. FVAP also wants users to save their favorite resources to a personalized collection within their account.
Cal DMV Website Redesign
My Role: Research & UI Designer - Website Redesign
Problem:
California has over 25 million licensed drivers. The DMV website is not fully accessible, making it hard for users to find information or complete tasks. This adds to an already frustrating experience. Accessibility should be a top priority for any government site. Without it, the DMV is failing many of its users.

Solution:
Redesign the website with clear language and better organization. Simplify content to make navigation intuitive. Use accessible fonts, sizes, and colors so more users can complete their tasks online with ease.
